All payments made to WIBLIV for advertising campaigns, influencer collaborations, or subscription packages are final and non-refundable.
Customers are advised to review service details carefully before making payments.
By proceeding with a payment, you confirm that you have read and understood this No-Refund Policy.
Once a campaign or service is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, downgraded, or modified.
Customers who are unsure are encouraged to start with a trial package before upgrading.
Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payment - The same service was charged more than once due to a technical error.
Service Non-Initiation - The payment was successfully charged, but the campaign/service was not initiated due to a verified failure from WIBLIV's side.
In such cases, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after internal verification.
If a booked influencer becomes unavailable due to unforeseen reasons, WIBLIV will provide a suitable replacement of equal or higher value.
Such changes will not qualify for a refund.
Any billing dispute must be raised within 48 hours of transaction completion by writing to billing@wibliv.com with proof of payment.
Raising chargebacks/disputes directly with your bank or payment gateway without contacting WIBLIV first may result in account suspension.
Approved refunds (in rare cases) will be credited via the original mode of payment only.
Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway and bank policies.
