Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Index Global Technology Pvt. Ltd. ("WIBLIV", "we", "our", or "us") manages payment, cancellation, and refund requests for services purchased through www.wibliv.com

By making a payment on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. General Policy

  • All payments made to WIBLIV for advertising campaigns, influencer collaborations, or subscription packages are final and non-refundable.
  • Customers are advised to review service details carefully before making payments.
  • By proceeding with a payment, you confirm that you have read and understood this No-Refund Policy.

2. Service Confirmation & Cancellations

  • Once a campaign or service is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, downgraded, or modified.
  • Customers who are unsure are encouraged to start with a trial package before upgrading.

3. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment - The same service was charged more than once due to a technical error.
  • Service Non-Initiation - The payment was successfully charged, but the campaign/service was not initiated due to a verified failure from WIBLIV's side.

In such cases, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after internal verification.

4. Campaign Changes & Replacements

  • If a booked influencer becomes unavailable due to unforeseen reasons, WIBLIV will provide a suitable replacement of equal or higher value.
  • Such changes will not qualify for a refund.

5. Payment Disputes

  • Any billing dispute must be raised within 48 hours of transaction completion by writing to billing@wibliv.com with proof of payment.
  • Raising chargebacks/disputes directly with your bank or payment gateway without contacting WIBLIV first may result in account suspension.

6. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds (in rare cases) will be credited via the original mode of payment only.
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway and bank policies.
