Welcome to WIBLIV, operated by Index Global Technology Pvt. Ltd. ("WIBLIV", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.wibliv.com mobile applications, and all services provided therein.

By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

3. Scope of Services

WIBLIV provides a digital marketplace and solutions including but not limited to:

• Brand-Influencer partnerships and collaborations.
• Multi-platform advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, etc.).
• Guaranteed engagement deliverables (views, likes, comments, reach).
• Social media growth and audience development.
• Campaign performance analytics and reporting.

4. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Indian law.
• Use the services for lawful purposes only.

5. Account Registration

• Certain services may require account creation.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.

6. Payments & Billing

1. All services are prepaid and billed in INR (unless otherwise specified).
2. Payments may be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or any method supported by our payment gateway.
3. An electronic invoice will be issued upon successful payment.
4. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Once a campaign or service is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, downgraded, or refunded.
• Refunds will only be processed in the following exceptional cases:
  1. Duplicate payment made for the same service.
  2. Service not initiated due to a verified failure from WIBLIV's side.
• Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days.

8. Campaign Execution

• Campaigns commence only after full payment and submission of all required content/materials.
• Delivery timelines depend on package selection and platform policies.
• WIBLIV is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms, influencer unavailability, or unforeseen technical issues.
• If an influencer becomes unavailable, WIBLIV will provide a suitable replacement of equal or higher value (refunds are not applicable).

9. User Obligations

By using WIBLIV, you agree to:

• Provide only lawful and legitimate content/products for promotion.
• Ensure that your materials do not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
• Not use our services for illegal, harmful, misleading, or fraudulent activities.

10. Prohibited Content

WIBLIV does not promote, host, or allow campaigns involving:

• Adult, obscene, violent, or pornographic material.
• Hate speech, abusive, or discriminatory content.
• Misleading or fraudulent products/services.
• Content violating applicable laws of India.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and materials on WIBLIV are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, reuse, or create derivative works from WIBLIV's materials without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

• WIBLIV does not guarantee specific sales results, ROI, or conversions beyond agreed deliverables.
• We are not liable for:
  1. Algorithm or policy changes by social media platforms.
  2. Delays or failures by third-party service providers.
  3. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

13. Payment Gateway & Security Compliance

• WIBLIV uses PCI-DSS compliant and SSL-secured payment gateways.
• We do not store or retain customer card/UPI details on our servers.
• Transactions are processed securely through authorized providers.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• WIBLIV does not sell or misuse personal information.

15. Changes to Terms

• WIBLIV reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
• Updated Terms will be published on our website with the revised date.
• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
